Clone tool

This is the original. It is sweat from the bottom of a glass on a styrofoam container. I saw it made an interesting kind of face so I thought, why not rearrange based on a real face?

The Middle one is the face I used.

And then the final product. It is quicky, so there are a few mistakes.

This is another piece I have been experimenting with based on the same technique. Two photos and use the erase, opacity, clone, transform tools to combine the two photos you see below.

This is an original.

And this is the other.

  1. These photos are amazing and imspiring. It makes me want to sit and practice more! The detail of the drops are clear and crisp and placed to make the image. And the lion image is so cool. The way the hair from the man angles on the lion's face and wrinkles on the forward blend into the face. Thanks for sharing!

  2. That merging of the lion and the man's face is really creative. It must be pretty confusing to carry out.. I'm a little confused just looking at it, thinking of all the cloning and tools that must be involved. Thats very cool.

  3. Was your transformation photo done with layering, or was it the clone tool? I think that It is amazing. I think that the water droplet manipulation is great as well. I am so happy with the clone tool, it can do some amazing things.

  4. The lion-man was done mainly with layering and some clone tool as well as erasing some of one layer and using the opacity to adjust which one shows up more or less.
